Coconino County, Countywide Safety Action Plan and Local Road Safety Plans
High Street supported Coconino County, Arizona to develop a Countywide Safety Action Plan (CSAP) and associated Local Road Safety Plans (LRSPs) under its SS4A initiative. Work included a High Injury Network built from crash counts and EPDO segment analysis and a causal risk model using random forest methods on roadway characteristics. In addition, High Street built two Esri Experience Builder applications that power the county’s High Injury Network viewer and Safety Dashboard, along with the supporting GIS infrastructure, to enable data-driven decisions and actionable safety strategies.
