Barrow County, Georgia, SS4A Safety Action Plan

High Street provided planning and engineering expertise to develop a local road safety action plan for Barrow County, Georgia, meeting the goals of the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program. The work included analyzing safety data, gathering public input, defining emphasis areas, and identifying and prioritizing strategies and projects across roughly 480 centerline miles of local, collector, and arterial roads. The plan addresses local conditions contributing to roadway safety issues and guides the county’s safety investments. High Street also built an Esri dashboard featuring a High Injury Network that highlights locations of need and risk.
