Oklahoma DOT, Oklahoma 2045 Long Range Transportation Planning
High Street developed the Oklahoma 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan, which is a policy document that will guide ODOT in the development, management, and operation of a safe and efficient transportation system for the next 25 years. The planning process included working with ODOT and its modal stakeholders to update the vision, goals, objectives, and performance measures. During this project, High Street identified 25-year modal needs, developed a 25-year revenue forecast, and explored funding options that would help close the funding gap. The 2045 LRTP establishes transportation policies and strategies for various modes of travel and commercial freight movement in the state including highways, passenger and freight rail, public transit, bicycle and pedestrian travel, ports and waterways and airport access.
