High Street has developed an online submission and management system for federal grant application programs administered by the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). The online system modernizes the grant application, pre-screening, and project selection processes, replacing a cumbersome PDF-based prior process. New submissions trigger automatic notifications to program coordinators, guiding them to a secure application to review submitted projects, assign screened projects to the program committee for scoring and recommendations. The scoring results are summarized into an administrative dashboard.
This low-maintenance solution is built with ArcGIS Online and leverages the platform’s robust tools. High Street’s developers enhance the capabilities of the out-of-the-box tools of ArcGIS Online, a platform most DOTs already have access to and that provides data management system that can be seamlessly adapted to other programs.
