New Mexico DOT, 2045 Freight Plan

High Street led the IIJA-compliant 2045 New Mexico Freight Plan Update, which included research and analysis to update freight data, incorporate truck travel time reliability forecasts, and document efforts to identify Critical Rural and Critical Urban Freight Corridors. High Street ensured consistency with the New Mexico 2045 Plan (long-range statewide transportation plan (LRSTP)) strategic direction and scenario analysis which were also completed by High Street. The Freight Plan Update included updates to the freight investment plan, updated freight plan strategies, reconvening the freight advisory committee (FAC), engaging the public/stakeholders, and developing the final plan development.
