Nebraska DOT, Nebraska Long Range Transportation Plan

High Street led the development of the 2040 Nebraska Statewide Transportation Plan (LRTP) with a multidisciplinary team of consultants. The planning process included data-driven scenario planning that  led to development of a scenario tool and recommendations to guide future investment decisions. High Street worked with NDOT staff to establish goals, objectives, and performance measures, defined multimodal needs, forecasted baseline revenues, identified key future trends and emerging technologies, and identified tipping points to make Nebraska an adaptable leader for the future of statewide transportation.
