Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Transportation Plan Analysis Toolkit

To support the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) in its effort to expand its data-driven project prioritization process, High Street developed a series of digital tools to help CMAP wrangle project data, score candidate project performance, and analyze the project scores using charts, maps, and tables. The TPAT is an Esri-based system composed of custom ArcGIS Pro geoprocessing tools, an Operations Dashboard, and an Experience Builder web application. High Street developed custom functionality to allow CMAP to adjust measure weights on-the-fly, visualize candidate project data in the browser, and manage candidate project information.
