Arkansas DOT, Strategic Plan

High Street led development of Full STEAM Ahead, Arkansas DOT’s 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. The plan itself was condensed into just one page to concisely communicate ArDOT’s purpose, core values, goals and strategic objectives to the ArDOT team, stakeholders, and the people of Arkansas. A supporting guidance document was also developed to assist agency leaders as they developed actionable business plans to support the larger strategic vision.
