Alabama DOT, Alabama DOT National Congestion Measures Target Setting and Reporting
High Street assisted ALDOT with calculation, target setting, and reporting for the state’s FAST Act highway system performance measures. Our work included writing and implementing processing scripts and statistical methods to calculate ALDOT’s performance measures (combing five data sources and 100m+ rows of travel time data), and pioneering a new methodology for forecasting future performance based on planned capital program investments.
